The Job

The Person
The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications and competencies:
- A degree from a recognized university, with experience in performance management, learning and development and change management. Training on strategic management and postgraduate qualification in human resources management will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a busy HR department in an organization with a sizable establishment of at least 700 employees handling HR functions and processes, specifically in learning & development, performance, and change management.
- Good analytical skills in handling and analyzing business data, processes, initiatives, results and information, well-developed communication (written/verbal), interpersonal and facilitation skills including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels and excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to use various software(s) in analysis tools including use of a human resource information system (HRIS), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
