BACK OFFICE TEAM LEADER

We are recruiting for a Back Office Team Leader.

Purpose/role of the job
The Back Office Team Leader position is responsible for the management of Knowing’s Online Brokerage, Transactional Websites and Data Vending division.

Reporting
This position will report to the Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities
l  Managing the delivery of solutions to Knowing’s Back Office clients to ensure sustained customer satisfaction
l  Overseeing the development work undertaken by back office programmer(s) as well as lead the team
l  Selling (new) products to new and already existing clients
l  Conceptualizing Transactional /ecommerce websites for different market segments/industries

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience overseeing web development accounts from conception to final delivery, working with both designers, developers, clients
  • Creative flair with ability to communicate in an engaging and persuasive manner
  • Loves the web, perhaps has a blog/twitter account/personal site
  • Understands e-commerce, perhaps has done online transactions, and notes latest online trends
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Business Development skills
  • Minimum University degree in a business related course

Working Conditions
Normal office environment. May require regular visits to clients.
