Sales Leaders

9 Positions

Positions available in following towns: Eldoret Kitale Kisii Kisumu Mombasa Nairobi Nakuru Nanyuki
Reporting to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as allocated.
• Compiling market intelligence, competitor activities and recommending appropriate strategy to improve company market share.
• Growth in business volumes and customer numbers
• Quality management of customer expectations.

Academic and professional qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Must be computer literate
• At least 2 years experience in direct selling
• Self motivated &Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Sales experience in insurance products and first aid training will be an added advantage
