This must be done in accordance with the needs of the company, its Management and employees. The timely and effective implementation of HR projects and compensation and benefits policies are important.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Business, Commerce or Social Sciences, coupled with 5-10 years’ postgraduate experience in the private sector (preferably mining).
