SALES EXECUTIVES
The above mentioned vacancy has arisen within the PSL Capital Ltd a subsidiary company of AVL Capital and we we’re glad to give the first opportunity to our serving employees.
The incumbent shall serve in Mombasa or Eldoret offices respectively.
The Sales executives will be responsible for sales and marketing of PSL Capital guarantee products which include bid bonds, performance bonds, letters of credit, LPO Financing and import financing products.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the business development manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following:-
· Realization of high volume sales from sales of guarantee and related products
· Successful implementation of advertising campaigns and realization of sales from the same
· Updating client database and handling client enquiries
· Creation of sustainable partnerships with stakeholders in the supply industry
· Organization of meetings with key clients and stakeholders in the supply and shipping industry
· Submission of timely sales reports as prescribed
· Marketing of PSL Capital as the preferred financial partner in the market.
The Requirements:
§ Holder of a marketing or business related University degree or diploma.
§ Must possess exceptional understanding of the supply industry and knowledge on marketing instruments.
§ At least two (2) years experience in sales and marketing of finance products. Additional experience in guarantee products is an added advantage.
§ Proven analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
§ Flexible to extensive local travel.
§ Good negotiation and influential Skills
§ Self driven individual who is honest and has an exceptional performance record
§ Knowledge of Third Party Products like the advertising industry and trade finance will be an added advantage.
