Steers will host a tryout to find our next Assistant Marketing Manager. Twelve students will be chosen from multiple universities for a demanding program of individual and team case studies. At the end of the trial, the top performing candidate will ber offered a full-time position as Assistant Marketing Manager with Steers and a Kshs.50,000 signing bonus.
Other selected students will be awarded a letter of recommendation from the Managing Director or a certificate of participation.
