KPI’s & RESPONSIBILITIES.
Managing the production of timely reports
Setting up efficient systems and processes
Processing accounting data
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Processing invoices.
Implementing and setting up accounting systems and processes and internal controls.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Generating profit and loss reports and trial balance and balance sheet reports
REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelors Degree in any business field.
Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications
5-7 years experience in Accounting and 2 in Senior Management
