BRANCH MANAGER: MBEYA OFFICE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee overall operations, growth and profitability of the branch.
Manage relationships with Agents and Brokers aimed at increasing business at Branch Level at a profitable rate.
Procuring new business and maintaining renewal business.
Supervise the collection of premium and deposits from clients, agents and brokers. Motivating employees to perform better, monitor staff career development.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in a related field, from a recognized University
• Advanced Diploma in Insurance, ACII, (At least 5 papers), 6-10 years experience 2 of which should have been gained at the branch level in a large & repufable· ¸organization, a minimum of 6 yrs experience in management.
• Proficiency in Ms Office suite & packages, (word/excel/ Access/PowerPoint), Email and internet.
• A team Player must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
REMUNERATION
A competitive compensation package will be offered based on the candidates experience and qualifications.
