ASSISTANT CLAIMS MANAGER (DAR ES SALAAM OFFICE) – JUBILEE INSURANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide claims officer's brokers and clients on technical requirements required prior processing claims.
• Guide the Assistant Claims officers upon action to be taken for each claims correspondence.
• Prepare claim notes for substantial claims and get approval for the same.
• Review survey reports, ensure claims are comprehensively reviewed and settled as per prescribed standards.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors degree in a related field from a recognized University
• Should have CII and LOMA qualification with at least 6 papers of CII
• At least 5 years work experience, on a wide range of classes of insurance, Claims, Medical, and Life etc.
• Should have a substantial field work, a loan assessor/surveyor and risk analyst experience
• A basic understanding in Premia & Final 7 will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Ms Office suite & packages, (word/excel/Access/PowerPoint), Email and internet.
• A team Player musf be fluent in both written and spoken English.
REMUNERATION
