In line with our continued expansion program, we are looking for qualified, dynamic and talented individuals to fill the following positions.
Software Sales Engineer (Marketing Executive) and Websites Sales Representative
Location: Nairobi
Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet new prospects, prepare sales proposals, make presentation when required and follow up with prospect clients.
- Preparing company brochures to market of company products (application solutions) to existing and prospect clients.
- Identify and document service and product needs of clients in order to feedback to development team.
- Understanding IT area especially Web and software development field, customers’ requirements and be able to formulate proposed solutions with assistance of development team.
- In charge of collections of payment from existing clients.
- On-going correspondence with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
- Work with the development team on the delivery of solutions and development of project activities.
- Maintain & provide technical application and support to existing clients include training.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a Diploma/Degree in IT/Marketing or related fields.
- At least 1 year sales experience with proven track record particularly in IT software industry.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of people as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills (English)
- Possesses a drive to succeed, highly motivated, self driven and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and required to travel at times.
- And can find new clients that are in need of Software development and graphic/web design for: corporate identity, print ads, websites, blogs, social networking design and content and web hosting.
