Sales Coordinator
Our Client, a leading distributor for mobile phone services is looking for a Sales Coordinator to be based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have some experience managing and coordinating Direct Sales Assistants/ Agents.

Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in identifying and negotiating sub-distributor contracts. In addition, will be expected to give support in sales and marketing budget.
- Maximize the sale of Company products by coordinating the Distributor Sales Assistants (DSA’s) on a daily basis.
- Quantify requirements of potential sub-distributors for Company’s budgeting purposes.
- Ensure execution of overall marketing activities and management according to the marketing plan
- Review and track the marketing campaign activities and their effectiveness to ensure sub-distributors meet their targets.
- Maintain updated register for all Sub-distributors; which should include among other things, information on their interactions with Company. This should be maintained in Company’s Central Database.
- Organize and participate in Company product marketing efforts at trade shows and meetings. This would include the organization of market storms and promotions.
- Support re-stocking activities together with head of procurement/ logistics.
- Develop a good knowledge of Company products in terms of demand, competition and prices.
- Candidates must possess Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
- Possesses initiative and the ability to act independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be computer literate with operating knowledge of common MS software
