JCCP is a Non-Governmental Organisation established in 1999 in Japan. JCCP’s mission is to contribute to global peace and security by building human capacity for conflict prevention and peace-building. JCCP specialises in capacity building of NGOs and civil society, community security, experts’ training in peacekeeping operations, peace-building for civilian, police and military, education and livelihood support. JCCP has 4 sub-offices worldwide; Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Balkan and Kenya. Currently JCCP Representative Office in Kenya is planning to have a community security project for Somalia in the partnership with UNDP (the United Nations Development Programme) Somalia office. The aim of the project is to contribute the improved security and protection under the law for all in Somalia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Representative of JCCP Kenya, the duties and responsibilities of the Admin & Finance Officer will be as follows:
- To input the data sent from Somalia into the certain format
- To contact to Somali partners when required ; and
- To perform other duties as directed by the representative.
Education/Experiences
- Fluency in spoken and written Somali and English; and
- Good command of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel) in particular.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, beneficiaries, government, donor organizations and other stakeholders;
