Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
- Ensure optimum return on investment and increase in market share
- Overall management of company’s operations and workforce
- Represent Agency in Client –agency contacts
- Responsible for the implementation of company goals and objectives
- Advice and make regular inputs into the current and future corporate strategy of the organisation
Preferred Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in numerical sciences /social sciences or in any relevant field
- An MBA or professional qualification in any area of market research science or practice will be an added advantage
- 10 years experience at management level in market research or related industries
Desired Experience
- 5 years experience in senior managerial role in market research or related industries
- Market research agency practice at a senior level working on accounts of multinational clients or equivalent experience in market research consultancy or experience in research units of large multinational advertising agencies, international NGOs, etc.
Competencies
- Reasonable understanding/versatility of in at least one area of market research
- Sufficient technical proficiency in the techniques, processes and practice of market research Interpersonal Competencies
- Strong Business relationship/service skills for client relationship building, solution sales, and securing new businesses
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Position: Receptionist
Organization: Consultancy Firm
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Handles word processing, filing, faxing; responds to general constituent requests;
- Assist in the scheduling appointments, planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Greet, assist and/or direct, visitors and the general public
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- General administrative work
