- Coordination of HIV/TB/RH/FP/MCH control activities
- Planning and coordinating the successful and timely implementation of projects activities at the health centers and project catchment's area
- Monitoring all the relevant project activities (project indicators quality control of HIV/TB/RH/FP/MCH
- Collaboration and networking with NLTP, NASCO, KEMSA and other stakeholders in the District/ Division /H/C to ensure successful implementation and monitoring of the project
- Attending stakeholders meetings in the District/Division and at the facility level
- Ensure monthly and quarterly reports of all activities to the Service Delivery Specialist
- Ensure the compilation of data from the project sites and the same forwarded to the Service Delivery Specialist
- Linkage with M&E Teams
- Liaise with the Home Based Care and OVC Coordinators for cross cutting issues Regular supervision of activities on projects sites according to agreed time schedules
- On Site Supervision of Clinical Activities
- Coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) of all health service providers/ CORPS/CHW
- Ensure that TB/ART/RH/FP and MCH treatment defaulters are traced by CORPs/CHW
- Ensure constant and regular supply of TB/ARTA/CT Kits and other supplies to the health facilities by NLTP/NASCOP/KEMSA
- Ensure health education on TB/HIV/RH/FP/MCH /Malaria is offered in the health facilities and communities
- Coordinate relevant payments with the Finance Department
- Work closely with DHMT and Health Facility Teams to promote all the activities at facility level
- Ensure monthly service statistic data from all projects sites using APHIA ll/ MOH standard data reporting tool
- Compile a monthly narrative report of project activities in the specific project format
- Perform any other duty assigned by the Service Delivery Specialist or Deputy Director for Programs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of diploma in nursing or clinical medicine.
- At least five years hands-on experience in the field of reproductive health, family planning, HIV and AIDS
- Have experience in training of health professional.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach including working with Government officials with good negotiation skills, diplomacy and tact
- Good community mobilization skills
- Ability to prioritize work according to importance and deadline while meeting conflicting work demands
- Possesses initiative, patience, tact, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support others in their work.
- Good management and leadership skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet etc
