1. Deputy Vice Chancellor
Administration Finance, Planning and Development
Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, he/she will oversee the administration, finance, planning and development functions of the university.

- Give oversight to the preparation, monitoring and execution of the annual budget to ensure control, prudence and accuracy.
- Coordinate the procurement, retention development and exit of human capital and other human resource related activities;
- Develop and oversee all policy issue related to the function.
- Identify, initiate, plan and monitor implementation of projects that contribute to achieving of the development agenda of the university.
- Coordinate the planning and development of the university's properties.
Qualifications and experience:.
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Policy and Planning, or any other related field.
- A PhD in a related field will be an added advantage.
- At least 15 years experience in a related field, 5 of which should have been at senior management levels.
- Demonstrated abilities in capital project planning and management.
- At least 40 years of age.
2. Academic Dean
Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic Affairs, he/she will assist the Deputy Vice Chancellor in overseeing the implementation of the educational philosophy and academic policies of the university.
He/she will also have the following key responsibilities:

- Work with other departments in recruitment of teaching faculty members and coordinate the implementation of academic programmes.
- Give oversight to the on-going curriculum review and work with the Deputy Vice Chancellor, to establish policies, design and implement on-going faculty development.
Qualifications and experience:
- A PhD degree in education or any other related field.
- A minimum of five years relevant experience particularly in curriculum development.
- Age 35 years and above.
3. Information Communication Telecommunications Director (ICT)
Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Administration, Finance, Planning and Development his/her overall responsibility will be to plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the IT Department.
He/she will also have the following key responsibilities:

- Develop Information Technology strategy in support of the university's mission, vision and core objectives.
- Develop, monitor and implement annual business plan and operating budget for the department.
- Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to information and telecommunication systems.
- Research and evaluate new technologies.
Qualifications and experience
- A Masters degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in ICT environment in a busy organization preferably in a university setting.
- Age 35 years and above.
4. Student Recruitment Director
Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Finance Administration, Planning and Development, he/she will be responsible for overall planning and implementing student
recruitment activities on campus and beyond
He/she will also be expected to:

- Develop student recruitment materials such as, brochures and displays.
- Develop liaison with churches and other Christian organizations to inform and recruit potential students.
Qualifications and experience:
- A Masters degree in marketing or any other related field.
- A minimum of five years relevant experience, preferably gained in a university setting.
- Age 35 years and above.
