The management consultant will work in close consultation with the ACTIF Management to:
- Review and develop the organization structure, a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing management activities, and of initiatives and planned initiatives, to upgrade and modernize the management systems.
- Develop, detail, and fully justify a comprehensive program to improve management practices including authorization, administration and workflow, and compliance activities.
- Prepare an ACTIF Board Charter and conduct the Directors' training for all the Board members.
- Review scope of work for all positions in management to ensure improved workflow, coordination, and synergies.
- Conduct training for ACTIF management team.
- Review and refine the company HR, employment, and management policy.
