- Developing and implementation of ICT strategy covering all the organizational functions.
- Develop & implement ICT strategy on weigh bridge operations and remote monitoring, geographical information system, broad inventory, digitization of technical drawing, land acquisition records, cadastral records and pavement management operation support.
- Ensures availability of ICT systems and its operation in the Authority
- Develop and manage user access systems and security.
- Responsible for safe keeping of data and information systems.
- Ensures user support in systems usage & functionality
- Advises and manages ICT projects in the Authority
- Carries out any other duties as may be assigned by the Director 'General
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or its equivalent
- Eight (8)years experience
- Memberships and certificates for ICT professional bodies is essential.
- Good communication, public relation and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills.

Duties and responsibilities
- Developing and periodically subjecting to review the Authority's Internal Audit mission.
- Continuously review and assess operational, financial management systems, policies, procedures, and guidelines and recommend improvements
- Undertake financial audits to assess compliance with set standards and specifications
- Gather, collate and analyze financial data and reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of funds utilization
- Conduct post audit reviews
- Carryout risk assessment and evaluation as part of the audit process
- Preparing a strategic risk based audit plan.
- Implementing the annual audit plan, including any special tasks or projects assigned by the Board or the Director General.
- Keeping the board informed on emerging trends and developments in internal auditing.
- Prepare and submit periodic audit reports to the Director General Any other duties assigned by the Director General
Qualifications
- A degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution. Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) or its equivalent.
- Minimum of eight (8) years managerial experience in auditing and finance.
- Good communication, public relation and interpersonal skills. Conversant with ICT knowledge in accounting systems.

Overall Purpose of the Job
To effectively manage, coordinate and administer all Executive Assistance functions and policies relating to the Director Generals Office, so as to ensure peaceful smooth running of the office of the Director General.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizes the Director General's diary.
- Interfaces the Director General office with external persons e.g. customers, Government officials, business, colleagues and peers through appointments and feedback.
- Follows up on communication on behalf of the Director General.
- Manages appointment diaries for the Director General. And assisting in developing a strategic plan and performance targets and reviews.
- Coordinates tasks and communication between the Director General's office and Departmental Heads.
- Manages and coordinates all travel arrangements for the Director General
- Assists the Company Secretary in organizing Board meetings and other activities.
- Arranges and coordinates all Board retreats and other activities.
- Gives superior customer service and care to all customers.
- Ensures that all costs pertaining to Director Generals office are maintained
- Carries out any other duties as assigned by the Director General.
Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelors degree in social sciences
- Minimum five (5) years relevant experience two (2) years of which should be in charge of Chief Executive Office.
- Membership to relevant professional body is essential.
