Reporting to the Specialties Manager, the position's key roles and responsibilities include:

- Ensure flawless execution of activities in the retail business with emphasis on Safety and Controls.
- Developing and implementing Lubricant sales strategies through the Retail Channel
- Coordinating Marketing activities within the Retail Lubricant channel.
- Achieve planned sales volume & gross margin in line with company objectives.
- Manage Trade Accounts Receivables related to Retail Lubes.
Person Specifications:
- A degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Two years sales experience in the Petroleum Sector.
- Computer literate.
- A valid driving license with over two years driving experience.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the lubricant market in Kenya.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
