Freight Forwarding Company Vacancy

A growing freight forwarding company is seeking to urgently recruit qualified persons in the following positions:

Marketing Executive

Experience required:
  • A holder of Diploma in Sales & Marketing & Computer literate.
  • Should have at least 2 years experience in the service industry.
  • Experience in a Clearing & Forwarding company will be an added advantage.
  • Should be a self starter, have the ability to work with minimum supervision & adherence to strict targets.
2. Declaration Officers
1 Position

Experience required:
  • Diploma in clearing & forwarding
  • Computer literate
  • Must be Trained in Trade X & Orbus system
  • Must have over 2 years of experience in Cargo agency
  • Ability to work with no supervision & adherence to strict schedules.
  • Ability to analyse problems and define solutions
  • Certificate of good conduct
  • Fully conversant in electronic export customs entries & procedures
3. Freight Coordinator

Handle international import & export freight shipments and Ensuring that the services provided meets the delivery, quality and time requirement of both the company and client.

Experience required:
  • Must have Experience in the Fresh produce industry
  • Experience within Cargo agency, managing freight movements
  • Fully conversant in the production of freight documentation.
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong customer management skills
  • Ability to analyse problems and define solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and support others within the team
  • Good organizational, verbal, written and numerical skills
  • Should be fully conversant & experienced in the execution of freight documentation and electronic Customs Entries
4. Tender & Office Administrative Assistant

Nature and Scope of Work:
  • Verifying the completeness of all tender documents and its confidentiality prior to submission.
  • Preparing Bank Guarantee (Bid Bond) for Tender requirements
  • Preparing Bank Guarantee {Performance Bond) for Contract requirements.
  • Collecting the original Bonds that has been expired to be cancelled
  • Ensuring all Customers' requirements and contract have been covered and submitted on time for each tender.
  • Maintaining tender logs property and updated.
  • Distributing contract and its amendment (if any) to all related parties.
  • Other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Must have work experience in tendering or bidding. Possess excellent communications & leadership skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline.
  • Able to work under pressures
5. Accounts Assistant

Qualifications:
  • Holder of at least CPA part 2.
  • Computer literate with Knowledge in financial systems.
  • Experience in preparation of final accounts and financial reports, ability to work with minimum supervision.
