Personnel and Administrative Manager - Nyanza Coperative Union, Tanzania Jobs

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Holder of a good degree in Business Administration/Public Administration or Equivalent qualification related to Human Resource and Administration.
• A minimum of five years experience in a big organization/ Co-operative Union.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Head if Personnel and Administrative Department.
• Plans, Direct, Co-ordinates and control all activities of Personnel Department including recruitment, 7 placement and utilization of Manpower.
• Organizes, Directs and Control Administrative services.
• Liases with TPAWU and Labour Office on matters related to Industrial relations.
