We are seeking to recruit a:

Marketing Officer – Kenya

As a key member of the Sales & Marketing Department, the incumbent will lead the implementation of marketing activities in the field to ensure that our marketing promotions and our collateral are implemented on time and on-budget. The success implementation of our marketing activities will increase the sales and use of the MoneyMaker micro-irrigation pumps and other technologies to the ‘Base of the Pyramid’ investors / entrepreneurs.

Prospect Data Base Manager

KickStart is looking for a talented professional to help us manage our Sales Prospect system. The Sales Prospect system is a web-based tool to help us track and follow-up with prospective customers for our MoneyMaker products. The main objective of the system is to systematize and streamline the process of converting a prospective customer into an actual customer.
The success of this position can be directly measured in terms of the number of sales prospects converted into actual sales, and the amount of data analysis that leads to development of new products or sales marketing strategies.
