Account Manager

  • Responsible for the delivery of contracted services efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective technical support processes and ensuring value add to the clients business are key accountabilities.
  • Achieving performance to jointly agreed service levels and standards, and acumen in managing budgets and savings plans will determine the success of our account.
  • Personal attributes will include innovative organisational and planning abilities, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact persuasively, combined with business sense and high personal drive and flexibility.
  • A bachelor's degree with 5 years experience at senior level preferably in an international business organisation is required. A financial inclination and computer literacy are important.
Maintenance Manager
  • Proactively manage performance against budget and develop initiatives to ensure savings.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and experience in implementing preventive maintenance programmes that comply with occupational safety requirements.
  • Candidates should have well developed technical analytic skills; be computer literate and able to deliver a variety of technical solutions to meet necessary requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 5 years experience is required.
  • Project management knowledge will be an added advantage.
Security Manager
  • Responsible for the overall safety of both human and property at the site by ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to agreed procedures.
  • Effectively monitor performance of contracted security firm guarding the client offices and staff residences.
  • Review the existing security systems to ensure an optimum balance towards maximising protection on a reduced budget.
  • Added responsibilities include that of Health & Safety and Environmental compliance with legislation.
  • A bachelor's degree in a security related discipline with 5 years experience.
  • Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Facilities Coordinator
  • Ensuring that soft services and facilities provided on site are efficient and that customer satisfaction levels are measured and maintained is key to the success of this position.
  • The incumbent will manage contracted services, vendors and suppliers, auditing compliance with agreed standards and validating and authorising invoices for payment.
  • Competencies required include strong office administration, computer literacy, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise interactively and proactively at all levels.
