Position: Finance Controller Assistant
Organizational Relationship: Reports to the Finance Controller for the group

Key Responsibilities:
- S/he is the owner and will be responsible for the day to day Finance Management
- Ensure the company procedures are maintained and followed.
- Regularly interacts with Country Managers
- Regularly interacts with Finance teams
- Responsible for collections and credit control.
- Responsible for payments to creditors
- Regularly interacts with logistics / stores and manage stock levels
- Responsible for reporting to Suppliers
- Ensure records and accounts are maintained.
- Responsible for recording and claiming rebates
- Performs Internal Audit in each country (maybe separated at a later stage)
- Responsible for all the dealings with banks
- Public relations with government officials
- Regularly interacts with auditors
- Send weekly and monthly reports to the Management.
- Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
- Carry out such other duties as may be necessary or required by the Management.
2. Position: Product Manager for Microsoft and Product Manager more on the technical side.

Key Responsibilities:
- S/he is the owner and will be responsible for the day to day management and promotion of an assigned Product Line or family of products at all stages from the concept through completion.
- May be stationed in a particular location but their jurisdiction is across all country offices
- Regularly interacts with Sales and Marketing teams in order to craft products that align with customer needs as well as the company direction and positioning. Deal with product promotions, sales and support. Assist and work with the Sales Team of the various country offices
- Have the “Product-line Targets” set for them by the OM
- Negotiate pricing from Suppliers
- Manage the backlog with the assistance of logistics.
- Set targets for each individual country office and are in charge of ensuring those targets are met
- Plan and order products for each country
- Regularly interacts with Marketing Manager to market the products.
- Responsible for stocking levels
- Responsible for sellout and rebates from the suppliers along with finance team.
- Organize in-house training and external seminars.
- Actively analyzes target markets for new product opportunities
- Responsible to send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the HOP
- Perform miscellaneous job – related duties as assigned
- Carry out such other duties as may be necessary or required by the HOP or the Management.
