Reporting to the Principal Learning & Development Officer the job holder will be responsible for research, design, development , facilitation and evaluation of all relevant Learning and development programs/initiatives based on basic managerial, business and life skills requirements.

Reporting to the Principal Learning & Development Officer the job holder will be responsible for research, design, development , facilitation and evaluation of all relevant Learning and development programs/initiatives based on basic managerial, business and life skills requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the delivery of all leadership & management development programs;
- Design, implement and evaluate the business and life skills development program for staff;
- Identify and source relevant professional and certified courses for Staff;
- Training facilitation;
- Conduct impact analysis/return on Investment evaluation for Learning & Development initiatives undertaken;
- Report on delivered and planned Learning and Development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- 5 years minimum training/ facilitation experience, 2 of which must be at senior level;
- Ability to lead and guide others to develop new skills or knowledge that will enhance their work;
- Ability to design, develop and/or deliver training programs;
- Ability to instruct and train employees, students, faculty and/or other clients by providing information, including appropriate procedures, practices and/or the operation of equipment;
- Excellent communication skills with exceptional interpersonal, and report writing skills;
- Team leader and team player with excellent Interpersonal skills;
- Computer proficiency in Ms Office applications and ability to operate integrated systems;
- Ability to use appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure learning and development impact.
