HR & Operations Manager Job Vacancy

Applications are invited for the post of HR & Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Bsc in Hotel Management OR 4 years Hotel Management Diploma from a recognized Institution.
• Diploma in Human Capital Management
• 5 years post qualification working experience in a reputable hospitality organization.
• Must be a committed/practicing Christian
• Age: Between 30 and 45 years

Responsibilities

• To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operations in a hotel set up.
• To deputise the General Manager
• In charge of Human resource management in terms of recruitment, training and development/benefits.
• Co-ordinate the marketing activities.
