Our client, a Certified BPO Training provider is looking for experienced trainers to work in their BPO/ Call Center Training Academy.
Reporting to the Managing Director, persons have to be innovative strategic thinkers with excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrate the ability to establish world-class best practice in BPO/Call Center Training.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting Training, managing the participants’ expectations/specific training needs, questionnaires, by way of producing a summary expectation report of
information received, to feed into training/workshop design. - Providing on-hand assistance during training events e.g. ensuring that participants are welcomed, specific administrative and logistics issues are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Co-ordinate Training feedback and produce appropriate reports for the Managing Director
- Monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of the progress of trainees and impact of training undertaken through questionnaires and discussions with participants and Directors (360 degree review)
- Supporting the Global BPO Academy mission by solving specific training problems,
either on a one-to-one basis or in groups and/or referring these to the Director.
Qualifications/ Competences.
- Ability to provide training interventions in respect of process, technology and people skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to interact with a variety of staff at all different levels
- Ability to develop training content to establish best practice;
- Relevant Degree from a recognized institution
- Over 5 years working experience with a minimum of 2 years BPO/Call Center Training
- Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills
- Desirable: Understanding of e-learning techniques.
