This is a key position in the company which comes with the following responsibilities:
- Formulation and implementation of strategic marketing and sales plans,
- Identification, recruitment and training of staff,
- Coordination and supervision of line managers within the expanded sales and marketing department,
- Development and maintenance of business relationships and customer service,
- Ensuring the achievement of sales goals and strengthening the company's brand in the market place.
The company uses a unique business concept, therefore the position is challenging and calls for a strategic thinker and creative person with the following requirements:
- A university degree in commerce or economics with five years sales and marketing management experience, three of which must be in the advertising field,
- Ability to set high standards of performance and discipline within the department,
- Ability to originate and write business and sponsorship proposals,
- Ability to interact and create rapporteur in the public and private sectors at the highest level,
- Possess excellent writing and oral communication skills,
- A good public speaker, aged 30-40 years and computer literate
The Editor will be in-charge of pre-press department which produces several commercial publications and comes with the following responsibilities:
- Originate, write, edit and produce creative business stories,
- Produce high quality publications using our team of graphic designers,
- Originate, write and sell supplements
- Create and maintain business contact sources.
Basic requirements include:
- A university degree with training in Journalism
- Minimum three years experience in a similar job
- Strong personality, aged 30-40 years and avid user of ICT.
Responsibilities: To assist in the establishment of Digital Advertising section, manage and promote digital advertising.
Basic Requirements: An ICT degree with one year experience in Digital Advertising.
