East Africa Breweries Limited (EABL) Jobs in Kenya: SAP Support Manager

Purpose of Role:
  • Responsibility for ensuring the SAP programme delivers a robust and compliant controls and process platform
  • Analyse and document existing and new business processes
  • Train SAP users and superusers to achieve optimal business performance
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing business practices to increase financial control and efficiency
  • Develop superuser groups headed by process owners who seek to improve Diageo’s SBM and EABL’s business operating model
  • Seek 100% compliance to documented and agreed business processes
  • Work closely with BSC Process Improvement Manager
  • Benchmark EABL’s process compliance and efficiency against other Diageo markets
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
  1. Implement a process to assess and monitor progress towards achieving these strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure that all process compliance issues are brought to the attention of the head of Compliance for effective management and resolution
  3. Ensure that all the super users and process owners have the technical know-how and integrity to achieve compliance and efficiency across the group.
  4. Implement and manage effective and efficient process compliance across EABL.
Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications
  • A Bachelors degree
  • Professional qualification in Accounting and/or Risk Management
Experience

Sound business acumen and insight and drive for change and results with proven capabilities in the following areas:
  • Business consulting
  • Information systems
  • Project Management Skills
  • Risk management techniques
  • Team leadership with a proven record of achievement.
Barries to Success in Role
  • Creating and maintaining effective Business partnerships with the management in all the LBU’s in EABL is critical to the success of this role.
  • Strategic objectives can only be achieved when everyone in the company has a grip, proper understanding and integrity to live by our word to comply.
