Credit Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the loan portfolio of the organization and will be required to:-

- Carry out detailed field appraisal of the loan applications
- Oversee the disbursement and monitoring of loans
- Prepare regular narrative and analytical reports
The ideal candidate should be a University graduate (upper second class honours degree), in Business or related discipline with at least 5 years practical experience in credit risk and financial analysis in an MFI, development organization or commercial bank.
IT proficiency with a good command of excel is required.
The ideal candidate should be aged between 29 and 39 years.
Knowledge of Microfinance software will be an added advantage.
Grants/Capacity Building Programme Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of capacity building unit for Microfinance Organisations (MFIs) and Saccos. This position requires a person of very high integrity who will be required to:-

Experience in working with Microfinance Organisations or Saccos is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be aged 30 to 40 years.
Relevant postgraduate training and experience in donor reporting will be an advantage.
MIS/ IT Officer
The successful candidates will be required to implement the information technology strategy of the organization by:-

MIS/ IT Officer
The successful candidates will be required to implement the information technology strategy of the organization by:-
- Developing and maintaining an interactive IT infrastructure
- Customizing IT systems to facilitate faster processing of information and preparation of reports
- Carrying out maintenance of the organization's software and hardware
- Training of staff in IT matters and support all departments information processing needs
- Developing the organization's IT policy
- Managing the organizations website
- Protect the organizations information from external parties and viruses
(S)he should be aged between 28-40 years.
Appointment to the three posts will be on a three year renewable contract with a three month probation period.
