We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and experienced individual to fill the position of Bodyshop Manager.
Based in Nairobi, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Nairobi Service Manager and will be responsible for the following functions:-

- Co-ordinating all repairs activities and ensuring that all the systems in the Bodyshop are strictly adhered to
- Training and supervision of technical staff
- Marketing of the Bodyshop services
- Procurement and control of consumables
- Administration of warranty procedures
- Estimating
For appointment to this position the ideal candidate must have the following minimum qualifications and experience:-
- Must be a diploma holder or a graduate from a recognized institution in any related field
- Must have worked in a Bodyshop environment for at least 5 years
- Be mature and demonstrate both managerial and supervisory capability
- Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Holder of a valid clean driving license
- Must be presentable & uphold company image
- Must be organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work outside the normal working hours as required by the company to assist customers
- A track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Between 35 and 40 years
