A: Job Purpose
FSO Engineering support organisation is dedicated to providing Ericsson MUSA Telecommunications Network Rollout / expansion / swap out projects with CW technical, financial and process expertise. Initially focused on projects and customers of Ericsson Kenya HUB – Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Congo B, DRC, Tanzania, Burundi, Zambia, Malawi.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Civil Works Quantity Surveyor to manage project finances for telecommunication site rollout. Supporting Ericsson FSO project setup, delivery and closure across MUSA.
- Working within the FSO Engineering team supporting other specialist engineers.
- Publication of QS documentation and guidance to the Ericsson Extranet for adoption of best practice.
- Providing country and customer specific input to NRO for preparation of tender and contract documents, for response to RFQs.
