Finance and Administrative Assistant for regionally funded Health Care Improvement Project

The Finance and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing part-time administrative and financial support to the Regional Quality Improvement Advisor for OVC Programs.

The Assistant will be responsible for carrying out all duties in accordance with USAID rules and regulations and will report to both the Regional Advisor and Project Coordinator located in the University Research CO., LLC headquarters in Bethesda, MD, USA.

QUALIFICATIONS: Two to five years accounting/ financial management experience. Knowledge of USAID contract procedure, rules and regulations preferred. Experience working with international projects coordinating financial and administrative areas preferred. Great organizational and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS: First degree in Finance with CPA2 or an ACCA. Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
