Site Administrator - B. Com or Higher Diploma in Business related field plus 10 to 15 years experience in a construction company
Concrete Foreman - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in concrete works in a reputed road construction company. Knowledge of all types of concrete works required.
Earthworks Foreman - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in earthworks in a reputed road construction company. Demonstrate ability to independently manage earthworks including stabilisation.
Bituminous Works Foreman - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in surface dressing and asphalt work in a reputed road construction company. Demonstrate ability to handle bituminous work independently.
Site Engineer - B Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience. Should be well versed with road specification and thorough knowledge in mechanized road construction.
Site Agent - B Sc in Civil Engineering with 12 to 15 years experience in a reputed road construction company. Registration with the Engineers Registration Board is mandatory.
Excellent client/consultant management skills required. Ability to manage large value road project with minimal supervision should be demonstrated. Project Management and Contract Management skills should be thorough.
Human Resource Manager - Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management with 10 to15 years experience in a reputed company. Ability to manage a large workforce is mandatory.
