OPERATIONAL TRAINER
Key Responsibilities:
* Train branch staff groups
* Coaching of individual staff
* Evaluate staff after training
* Compile Training presentations
* Overview training material and existing presentations
* General administration (accommodation, flights, arrangements for training facilities)
* Perform any other duties as and when required by management

Minimum Required Qualification
* A first Degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 4 Years experience in a Financial Institution/Micro Finance Institution, with previous experience in training of financial products

Excellent communication and listening skills. Aggressive selling ski I Is, Attentive to detail, Customer service oriented,Assertive, Highly Computer literate,Target driven and self motivated
Salary: Negotiable Basic Salary + Incentives
