Institutional Sales Executive - Sasini Limited

Sasini Limited is a leading Agricultural Company listed in the Nairobi Stock Exchange. The Company is engaged in growing, processing and marketing of Tea and Coffee products. Sasini provides direct employment to over 5,000 Kenyans.

Our vision is to be a leader in producing, selling, marketing and serving quality tea, coffee and related products to the world.

We are currently looking for an Institutional Sales Executive to be based in Nairobi.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plan and marketing strategies for institutional sales to ensure both value and volume business growth
  • Manage institutional account sales and collections
  • Lead marketing activities for promoting Sasini products to hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and other institutions
  • Provide sales services and product presentations to major institutional clients
Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related discipline. A business related degree would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum three (3) years sales experience with exposure to institutional sales
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office computer applications
  • Excellent customer service and negotiating skills
  • High levels of integrity with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Ability to work independently and proactively towards defined business goals
  • Excellent communication, team playing and interpersonal skills
