DesignWear Sales and Marketing Career Opportunities in Kenya

We are a furniture supply company with the head-office on Mombasa Road and a branch on Ngong Road. We specialize in retail, wholesale and project furniture supply.

In line with our expansion strategy, we require to fill the following vacant positions:
1. Sales and Marketing Manager

To report to the General Manager and the Director.
His/her duties will be:

• To lead a team of competent Sales representatives.
• To design and implement various Sales & Marketing promotions.
• To keep the company up-to-date the current market trends
• To initiate and formulate the company's policies in matters relating to sales and marketing

Qualifications:

• A degree from a reputable University in a relevant field
• 3 years experience in the Sales & Marketing field
• Innovative and result oriented
• Possess strong leadership and analytical skills
• Proven ability to research, build and increase market share
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism

2. Sales & Marketing Representatives

To report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Their duties will be:

• To market and sell our range of furniture products
• To help develop now client base

Qualifications:

• A diploma or Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Must be self driven, motivated and result oriented
• Should be well conversant with the furniture business
• Must be computer literate
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
