Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a banking or finance related field)
- Post-graduate Diploma in Project Management/credit
- 5 years experience in a relevant field

2. Surveillance Officer

The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Department charged with the responsibility for trade regulation.
He/She MUST be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding and ability to interpret the international transit rules and regulation, customs and excise rules and regulations, regional and multi-lateral trade protocols.

The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Department charged with the responsibility for trade regulation.
He/She MUST be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding and ability to interpret the international transit rules and regulation, customs and excise rules and regulations, regional and multi-lateral trade protocols.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and document systems and procedures to regulate the importation of commodities
- Monitor imports to ensure appropriate levy collection
- Verify Import/Export documentation and reconcile with levies collected
- Collect, analyze and compile intelligence information on imported and transit commodities and submit reports to Management
- Monitor transit commodities to ensure exit through various points countrywide
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with standards and regulation on imports and exports
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in any of the following fields:

The Candidate:
- Must have knowledge of import/export documentation process
- Have a minimum 5 years working experience
- Training in Security intelligence will be an added advantage
