To ensure efficient & cost effective passenger service delivery in accordance with the requirements of KQ & 3rd party airlines.
Detailed Description
- To contribute to the determination of scope and definition of service delivery standards network wide.
- To ensure the cost effective delivery of agreed service delivery standards and network wide commensurate with customer expectations.
- To establish effective communication channels with all customers to determine needs and respond to queries.
- To develop and implement relevant service delivery reporting mechanisms and audit/reviews.
- To ensure the documentation and currency of all process related policies and procedures.
- To ensure a safe & secure working environment in compliance with relevant legislative/industry requirements.
Job Requirements
- Degree/relevant professional qualification.
- Customer service experience hospitality/airline industry.
- Financial awareness.
- Experienced delivering service in demanding consumer perishable environment.
