RECEPTIONIST

The Job:

Duties will involve all aspects of reception support including:
- telephone screening and switchboard
- meeting and greeting clients and customers
- directing enquiries
- liaison with other departments
- filing, photocopying and word processing
- general admin duties

The Person:

  • The candidate will need to have previous experience with a good working knowledge of reception and front desk duties.
  • They must be well presented, a good communicator and have an excellent telephone manner.
  • The candidate must also have sound knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel etc
  • Must be below 28year old.
