National Tax Payers Association Jobs: Procurement Consultant Wanted

The National Tax Payers Association seeks to hire the services of a procurement consultant.

The consultant will review a training manual on procurement, conduct research on CDF procurement procedures, laws, rules and regulations.

The consultant will also train key stakeholders on the same.

Interested candidates must have vast knowledge and proven experience in conducting research and trainings on procurement processes in Kenya.

Candidates should be independent, hold a Masters degree and have experience in research and writing.

Candidates fulfilling the stated requirements should submit their application, a detailed CV with three references who can be contacted immediately to cgd @ wananchi.com or admin @ cgd.or.ke by 30th October 2009.
