Kidsalive Kenya Jobs: National Director

Requirements:
  • Committed Christian and with strong leadership skills
  • Masters Degree in a relevant subject, such as child development, psychology, management, business or education
  • Previous experience working in children's Homes, Care Centres or schools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to construct, interpret and monitor budgets and expenditures
  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent proposal and report writing skills
  • Able to work flexible hours
Key duties:
  • Oversee the effective management of all Kids Alive Kenya programs
  • Oversee the implementation of the Staff Training Program
  • Promote the work of Kids Alive Kenya both locally and abroad
  • Report and contribute to the work of the KAK Board
  • Oversee the Ministry's finances and accounting Procedures
  • Work with the KAK Board and Kids Alive International to implement the Strategic Plan for Kids Alive Kenya
