Requirements:
- Committed Christian and with strong leadership skills
- Masters Degree in a relevant subject, such as child development, psychology, management, business or education
- Previous experience working in children's Homes, Care Centres or schools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to construct, interpret and monitor budgets and expenditures
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent proposal and report writing skills
- Able to work flexible hours
Key duties:
- Oversee the effective management of all Kids Alive Kenya programs
- Oversee the implementation of the Staff Training Program
- Promote the work of Kids Alive Kenya both locally and abroad
- Report and contribute to the work of the KAK Board
- Oversee the Ministry's finances and accounting Procedures
- Work with the KAK Board and Kids Alive International to implement the Strategic Plan for Kids Alive Kenya
