1. Deputy General Manager, Operations
Reporting to the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager (Operations) will be responsible to Design, plan and co-ordinate all aspects of Operations Management of the institution, by establishing and managing the implementation of sound work systems and delivery of quality services in accordance with the standing instructions approved by the Board of Directors.

Knowledge and Skills
- The candidate should have an MBA Strategic Management, BBA/BCOM, (Accts/Bus. Mgt).
- He/she should possess Post Graduate qualifications in business, Finance, Accounting, Management or investment.
- Membership to a professional bodies i.e. ICPAK, ICPSK, KIM, IPM (K) is mandatory.
- He / she should have a wealth of commercial awareness with proven track record, have a flair strong leadership skills, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal relations, excellent planning, organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
- He/she should have excellent team building skills and a team leader, have hands on experience in strategic Management techniques and experience of organisational change and development.
- The candidate must have a Mininum of seven (7) years gained in a large and busy organisation at senior management level.
- Should have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal relations, excellent planning, organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands on experience in Strategic Management.
- Team player.
2. Chief Accountant
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Chief Accountant will be responsible to prepare financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards and provide effective and, efficient co-ordination and supervision of financial management of the institution.
He/she should implement sound accounting and financial systems and internal control procedures in accordance with the standing financial instructions approved by the management, and also prepare the management reports.
Knowledge and Skills:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Chief Accountant will be responsible to prepare financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards and provide effective and, efficient co-ordination and supervision of financial management of the institution.
He/she should implement sound accounting and financial systems and internal control procedures in accordance with the standing financial instructions approved by the management, and also prepare the management reports.
Knowledge and Skills:
- The candidate should have a university Degree in Commerce/ Business Degree.
- An MBA in Accounting/ Finance will be an advantage.
- He/ she should be a professional with accounting qualifications in CPA (K), ACCA or ACA.
- He/she should be a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), have excellent knowledge of Kenyan Business and Banking environment, strong commercial knowledge and experience in Financial/ Banking industry, good organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior practical experience in managing and motivating people,
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and sound decision making and analytical skills.
- He/she should have a minimum often (10) years, post qualification experience, five in a senior accounting position, commercial organisation.
- He should have practical knowledge/ experience in computerised accounting systems, preferably in a Multi-User/ network environment.
3. Principal FOSA Manager
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the FOSA Manager will be responsible to Design, Plan, and Coordinate the effective management of FOSA outlets, review and develop FOSA products, and ensure the provision of efficient and economic operations are delivered to the Customers

Knowledge and Skills:
- The suitable candidate should have a university Degree in Commerce, Finance/Banking or Business management.
- He/ she should have a diploma in Banking (ACIB or KIB ; equivalent.)
- Marketing qualifications will be an added advantage
- The person should have excellent knowledge of Kenyan : Business and Banking environment.
- He/ she should have Strong Commercial knowledge and experience in Financial/Banking industry.
- He should possess good organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- He/she should have superior practical experience in managing and motivating people, excellent presentation and negotiation skills and sound decision making and analytical skills.
- He /she should have Minimum often (10) years post qualification experience, five in bank or financial institution of which 3 must be the head of business unit.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible to the implementation of sound Human Resources policies.
Knowledge and Skills
He/ she will be responsible to conducting induction / orientation programs to new employees for prompt adoption of the work structure.
He /she will provide a program on HIV/AIDS activities in the society to mitigate the scourge.
He will serve as Custodian of personnel records to ensure safety.
He will develop sound communication systems as instruments for maintaining good employee relations to ensure industrial peace.
He /she will liaise with Finance department to ensure that statutory deductions are correctly made from employees' salaries and forwarded to the appropriate Government institutions on a monthly basis.
He will coordinate all staff training and recommend to the relevant committee how the staff could be developed further.
The suitable candidate must have a degree in Human Resources Management.
He/ she should have experience in Strategic Human Resources Management and minimum of 5 years working experience.
He/ she should have strong Financial and analytical skills.
He/ she should be an excellent communicator, have good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
He should be a team player.
5. Marketing Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing manager will be responsible to design, research and sustain business development opportunities and strategically develop mutual relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued business growth volumes.
Knowledge and Skills:
The suitable candidate should have a University Degree Marketing or in any other Business related field. He/she should have a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. A Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
He/she should have a minimum of least 8 years experience in product/Brand management, preferably in a reputable banking or financial services or FMCG. The person should be a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). Membership to Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) would be an added advantage.
The candidate must have exposure to research as a tool for decision making and computer literate. He/she should have organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
He/ she should have thorough knowledge of Kenyan business environment
