Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing company staff recruitment procedures.
- Ensuring proper placement of the recruited company staff
- Identifying and advising the management on the staff motivational needs and implementation.
- Setting the company’s remuneration levels for the various cadres of staff in line with the existing labour laws and company ability.
- Identifying and implementing staff training needs.
- Developing the company’s staff appraisal system and implementing the same.
- Handling of staff disciplinary matters
- Ensuring company’s compliance with the current existing labour laws.
- Preparing staff payrolls and ensuring staff’s NSSF and NHIF contributions are submitted in time.
- Ensure all the floor duties are well coordinated and run efficiently.
- Filing and updating of employees’ records.
- Follow up on staff welfare.
- Monitor and coordinate logistics.
The requirements
- Hold a degree from a recognized University
- Higher diploma in Human Resource and Management
- Have experience in the FMCG industry.
- 1 years proven experience in the Human Resource Field
- Computer literate
