Human Resource/Operations Officer Job Vacancy

Reporting to the Executive director

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing company staff recruitment procedures.
  • Ensuring proper placement of the recruited company staff
  • Identifying and advising the management on the staff motivational needs and implementation.
  • Setting the company’s remuneration levels for the various cadres of staff in line with the existing labour laws and company ability.
  • Identifying and implementing staff training needs.
  • Developing the company’s staff appraisal system and implementing the same.
  • Handling of staff disciplinary matters
  • Ensuring company’s compliance with the current existing labour laws.
  • Preparing staff payrolls and ensuring staff’s NSSF and NHIF contributions are submitted in time.
  • Ensure all the floor duties are well coordinated and run efficiently.
  • Filing and updating of employees’ records.
  • Follow up on staff welfare.
  • Monitor and coordinate logistics.
The requirements
  • Hold a degree from a recognized University
  • Higher diploma in Human Resource and Management
  • Have experience in the FMCG industry.
  • 1 years proven experience in the Human Resource Field
  • Computer literate
