We are a leading FMCG business based in Machakos, working to expand and modify our business operations in line with our new strategic focus.

We are seeking to recruit a talented, highly motivated and qualified individual for the Human Resource Officer position:

Qualifications

• Must be a university graduate
• Must possess a post graduate diploma in HR
• Must have 5 years experience in a busy HR environment at officer level
• Must be between the age of 28 and 35 years

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate staff recruitment
• Oversee staff training and development
• Maintain staff records
• Handle staff welfare and disciplinary issues

• Significant administrative experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A professional approach to work
• Proven ability of working well within a team
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite
