Homegrown Fairtrade Association Mt. Kenya is urgently looking for an Administrator to be based in our office at Ibis Farm.

Key Responsibilities


  • Preparation of monthly financial report
  • Prompt receipting of cash and cheques
  • Cash reconciliation
  • Monitor implementation of JB supported projects
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Prepare monthly deductions report for payroll processing
  • Filing and maintaining joint body documents

Desired Competences/Qualifications


  • CPA II Section 3
  • Bookkeeping knowledge.
  • At least one year’s experience in an accounting environment handling petty cash.
  • Project management skills
  • Well developed skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
  • Team player who is self disciplined
  • Confidentiality with ability to meet strict deadlines
