Homegrown Fairtrade Association Mt. Kenya is urgently looking for an Administrator to be based in our office at Ibis Farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial report
- Prompt receipting of cash and cheques
- Cash reconciliation
- Monitor implementation of JB supported projects
- Maintaining petty cash
- Prepare monthly deductions report for payroll processing
- Filing and maintaining joint body documents
Desired Competences/Qualifications
- CPA II Section 3
- Bookkeeping knowledge.
- At least one year’s experience in an accounting environment handling petty cash.
- Project management skills
- Well developed skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Team player who is self disciplined
- Confidentiality with ability to meet strict deadlines
