Our client, a Leading Financial Organization with countrywide operation is looking for dynamic people with desire to succeed to fill the following positions in its establishment.

1. Deputy General Manager – Finance
(1 Post)
MC - 10

Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-
  • Formulation of sound financial and accounting policies, procedures and systems that will ensure effective utilization of the organisation’s resources.
  • Preparation and implementation of Business Plan.
  • Ascertaining optimal financial control system.
  • Preparation of final accounts and liaising with external auditors.
  • Liaising with banks on financial matters for the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of a B.com (Accounting option)
  • (MBA (Finance option) will be an added advantage)
  • Must have CPA (K)
  • At least 10 years experience, 5 of which must be in the position of Chief Accountant
  • He/She must be a person of integrity, a team player with good communication skills.
  • Computer proficient in financial accounting systems.
  • Age 35 – 40 years.
2. Internal Audit Manager

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-
  • Develop and implement internal audit program.
  • Co-ordinate internal audit activities.
  • Carry out systems and risk-based audit.
  • Review and implement Audit Charter (policy).
  • Carry out any internal investigations.
  • Supervise, train and appraise audit staff.
  • Review and ensure implementation of internal audit reports.
  • Institutionalize IT auditing and governance.
  • Review and develop internal controls.
  • Prepare timely internal audit reports and review implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • B.com (Accounting option) Degree with CPA III
  • Ten (10) years experience, three of which must be in position of Senior Internal Auditor.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified Internal Auditor
  • Computer literate
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Age 30-40 years.
3. ICT Manager

Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be in charge of the ICT function of the organization

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create an efficient and prompt user support in all areas.
  • Develop an efficient Customers’ Accounts Maintenance System.
  • Develop and maintain accurate data transfer system.
  • Maintain back-up systems with easy retrievals
  • Develop Data Security to eliminate data loss and incorrect information
  • Ensure efficient LAN and WAN.
  • Develop an ICT training programme for the organization.
  • Implement and evaluate the ICT Strategic Plan.
  • Advise on computer systems procument.
  • Develop, implement and ensure data security.
  • Responsible for regular maintenance programme.
  • Ensure enhancement of new technology as per the trends which are cost effective and value adding to the company.
  • Initiate and continuously advise on investments in scalable software and hardware systems to support growth of business.
  • To ensure continuous and effective provision of up-todate ICT services in the societies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of BSc (Computer Science) and 5 years experience as an Analyst/Programmer or Senior ICT Officer in a reputable organization.
  • An MSc (Computer Science) will be an added advantage.
  • Professional qualification in ICT (MSCE, MSCD and DBA).
  • Ability to formulate, implement and monitor ICT Policies, standards and procedures.
  • Experience in system design and implementation.
  • Relevant experience in implementation of disaster recovery procedures.
  • Management of website, internet, local and wide area network.
  • Experience in ICT Project Management.
  • Age between 30 – 45 years.
4. ICT Officer 1 (Engineer)

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:-

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of specifications, installation and nature of computer hardware.
  • Install, maintain, implement and trouble-shoot of equipments.
  • Assist in system testing and integration.
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports.
  • Carry out research and designs on computer systems.
  • Carry out tests on complex electronic systems, computers and other related equipment.
  • Conduct testing and development of disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions and back-up systems.
  • Resolves problems by issuing corrective instructions, consulting with coworkers and vendors. Improve programs by notifying programmers of problems and making recommendations.
  • Test and verify the physical computer components and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirement by analyzing and recording test data.
  • Monitor the functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the systems operations conform to the needs of the business.
  • Maintain proper computer inventory.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of BSc (Computer Science) and 3 years experience as a Computer Engineer/Programmer.
  • Professional qualifications in ICT (MCSE, MSCO & DBA)
  • Experience in Computer hardware, software development and networking technologies.
  • Must have working knowledge of electronic equipment (circuit boards, processors and chips.
  • Must have computer hardware and software working knowledge including applications and programming.
  • Experience in ICT project management.
  • Age between 28 – 35 years
