We are looking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and experienced individual to fill the position of Service Advisor.
Based in Nairobi, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Reception Manager and will be responsible for the following functions:-

- Taking service appointments and repair orders
- Monitoring progress on jobs to ensure vehicles are delivered at promised times
- Getting approval from customers on additional repair work
- Checking repair orders to ensure that all the items pointed out by customers
- are worked on and resolved
- Explaining to customers the details of the work done and charges
- Releasing vehicles to customers
- Customer follow-ups
For appointment to this position the ideal candidate must have the following minimum qualifications and experience:-
- Must be a diploma holder or a graduate from a recognized institution in any relevant field
- Must have 5 years experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable company or customer care environment
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be presentable & uphold company image
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Have excellent communication skills
- Must be organised
- Have the ability to work under pressure Holder of a valid, clean driving licence
- Must have a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Must have at least an intermediate certificate in computers from a recognized training institution or be able to show hands on ability to use our Autoline system or hands on ability to use Excel to an intermediate level
