Responsibility/Content of Job
· Manage a team of staff at a call centre and set targets to ensure maximum productivity
· Business Development and prepare presentations and proposals seeking new business
· Deal with customer complaints referred by front-line staff
· Periodically review the effectiveness of the service and make recommendations for improvements to senior managers
· Deliver training to staff on an ongoing basis
· Cover for absent staff
· Produce reports for senior management.
· Create an environment where team work and innovation are actively encouraged
· Monitor Call Centre industry best practice and integrate these initiatives within the context of a national network
· Provide leadership within the organization
Education
Bachelors
At least 2 or more years work experience in a Call Centre working environment
