The Kenya Medical Association Housing Co-operative Society (KMA) intends to put up a housing development in Mavoko comprising of 154 no. Housing Units, Commercial Centre, Club House, Nursery School, Associated Services and External works.
The KMA invites applications from qualified persons for the position of Clerk of Works.

Academic qualification and experience
- Be in possession of at least a National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in one or more of the following fields; Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field of study and attained at a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Must have at least five years post-graduate working experience gained in site supervision of building works.
- Sound knowledge in building construction operation.
- Knowledge and competency in information and communications technology. Proficiency in the use of MS Project will be an added advantage.
Personal attributes
- High level of integrity and prudence.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Must possess good spoken and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
