- Business related bachelor’s degree
- AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in Microfinance
- MBA qualification an added advantage
- Work Experience in a similar position: 4- 6 years
- Age: 30- 35years
Business Development Manager
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship or other relevant degree
- Business Training experience essential
- Working knowledge in Microfinance bank
- Work Experience in a similar position: 3-5 years
- Age: 28-30years
Operations Officers
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Business related bachelor’s degree
- AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in Microfinance
- Work Experience in a similar position: 2-3 years
- Age: 25-28years
Branch Managers
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
